Born in Ohio Johnny B now lives in the Tampa Bay. He had a guitar placed in his hands at the age of 12 by his father. He played jazz bass and guitar all through school. He now plays music all over the Tampa Bay area. Inspired by jazz, blues and rock he likes music of all shapes and sizes. He hopes to entertain you with his wide variety of music. “Fill my heart with song and let me sing forever more.”

 

 

Well Strung is my band, we are a fun party band with a wide variety of songs and dance moves.  Please come see us and support our musical endeavors.

 

 

Drums, Vocals and Taking up lots of space…

 Bryan Radtke  (Rad Drummer)

“I started beating on pots and pans at a very young age.. like most kids I suppose..  but it stuck!” 

Bryan has been drumming on and off for about 30 years, professionally for about the last 15 years.  His influences are Stewart Copeland (The Police), Terry Bozzio (Frank Zappa, Missing Persons), Neil Peart (RUSH), Phil Collins, and many others!  

Bryan likes to mix different styles and genres of grooves and techniques to create his own unique sound.

Bryan has played with (Germany) Techneek, Atomic Peace, and Super-Vision, and (locally) Johnny Ringo, Dogtrax, Double Edge, and more recently, Velvet Jones and currently Well Strung (Greatest Band Name Ever!), and the occasional studio work.

Besides drums, Bryan also DJ’s, and does photography, video, and band sound and lighting.

“My biggest rush is when the band is rocking out for the crowd, and everything is groovin and clickin, and feeling the energy that the crowd gives us back.. WOW! Really, there’s nothing like it!!”
